Robot specifications
Robot specification files were moved from utils/ to the repository root.
The release also added:
robot_specifications/__init__.pyrobot_specifications/local_rosbridge.yaml- Improved robot specification management
The goal was to make robot specifications available even when RobotMCP is installed through package tooling.
